I'm a blended/online teacher and I enjoy experimenting with innovative educational technologies to make learning more engaging and dynamic. I am always looking to try and understand what technologies actually improve learning, and which ones do not. I am also highly fascinated with the intersection of AI and education, in terms of using AI and Machine Learning to automate and improve certain functions of being a teacher (e.g., marking minor assignments, providing feedback and metrics about student progress, etc.), allowing teachers to focus more on being creators, and researchers, and preparing more enhanced lessons and opportunities for student engagement that not only improves learning but also allows for teachers to put more energy into relationship building with students.
