Now, more than ever, it is so essential to have Mental Health as a top priority for our students, for ourselves, and our colleagues. In this session, Michelle and Jamie will be introducing and showcasing the wellbeingbc.ca website. Together, we will dive into exploring the wellbeingbc.ca website through engaging in collaborative conversations around the topic of staff well-being. Participants will come away with some practical strategies and sample ways to implement professional development and discussion around mental health and well-being for themselves and their colleagues.

Join Michelle and Jamie for an introduction to Well-Being BC.
