This presentation will focus on the challenges and opportunities that have come out of the Covid-19 Pandemic and will highlight ways to support staff through both relationship building and instructional support in any learning environment. We will cover best practice advice in creating community in a digital space along with detailing the ways we have supported our staff in improving their pedagogy and assessment in the hybrid/virtual space.
