In this featured session, Lindsay will help us to DEFINE who we are from the inside out.  In her time with us again, you will learn the 6 steps YOU can take to ignite the passion within you to create a life full of purpose, excitement, and pure joy.

Brad and Livia will add their voice and thoughts about how you, as educators, and "find the time" to take care of yourself so that you can take care of others.

Finally, Jamie and Michelle will provide us with an overview of the Well-Being BC website (https://www.wellbeingbc.ca/). Together, we will dive into exploring wellbeingbc.ca and participants will come away with some practical strategies about how to support a discussion around mental health and well-being for themselves and their colleagues.

We will end the session with questions and map out a plan for our individual 'next steps' to incorporating Well-Being into our own lives and helping our students do the same.
