The Covid-19 pandemic disrupted education delivery worldwide and provided an opportunity to learn from this experience as a catalyst for future transformation. This session will introduce participants to a study that used a strengths-based framework and examined the experiences of teachers, parents, students 18+, administrators, and staff in a uniquely configured K-12 School District in British Columbia during the COVID-19 Pivot.

The student researcher will share the preliminary findings of this case study and then guide participants through an activity to discuss and imagine future possibilities for K12 related to the themes identified in the preliminary findings.
