I have 23 years of teaching under my belt, and for the past 10 years, I have been designing and teaching online high school courses in Moodle.  

I am my school division's very first Learning Online coach. My role is to support our online teachers and students. I provide teachers with Moodle training and tips for best practices for online teaching and assessment. I help students with various technical issues as well as tips for adjusting to being in online courses.
Over the next month, I will be starting an online meet-up group for our full-time online students. They will have the opportunity to socialize with other full-time online students, talk about the topics that are important to them, and get tips on mindfulness and holistic wellness that will support them.

Side note: In 2019, I earned my diploma in nutrition and am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. It was very eye-opening to be an online student for the first time!
